Two new blogs to watch out for

I’m happy to see more hardcore tech blogs for our sector over at:

http://www.techfornonprofits.com
which is actually run by Microdesign Consulting. See? Who said I’m an “anti-consultite”? Some of my best friends are… oh well never mind.

http://www.nonprofitmatrix.com/blog/ is a new blog coming from The Nonprofit Matrix. I have to admit that I was never particularly enthused about the site because it seemed like so much brochureware. I’m glad they’ve switched over to a blog. We need more blogs in our sector — and yes, I still remember talking to Marnie Webb about this in 2005 and her talk led to my eventual 180 degree turn on this issue.

Just a hint, irishg, if you do link to a blog, please do not blog to that blog’s RSS feed. Just go on over to the appropriate page and link there. It’s not good for my metrics.

Relevancy Ranking
Why did you post this???I do not think this was necessary. Not bad. I will save for later.I really needed to read this! This bit of knowledge will make me look good. (1 votes, average: 4.00 out of 5)

Hi – thanks for the pointer. The blog link is fixed.

Thanks for linking to the correct post. Why don’t you talk more about your blog’s mission? You should put it up somewhere… plus you should make a separate Feedburner feed for your blog itself.

There doesn’t appear to be an RSS feed link anywhere on http://www.techfornonprofits.com
