Time for a new CRM poll?

I’m quite surprised that “none of the above” is still the #1 item in the poll. This has been consistent from the inception of the poll. I propose we end the poll but add more CRM choices. Here’s a list of additional CRMs:

Compass.NET
SugarCRM
CiviCRM

Do you have any other CRMs you’d like to add? Please add to the comments list below. Once we have a more complete list, I’ll end the current poll and put up a new poll.

I suggest a product called Care CRM. It is Australian and a niche player but has a very impressive global client list.

    We use Raiser’s Edge.

Thanks Lisa for your comments. I’ll include Care CRM in there.

As for Raiser’s Edge, we already have a Blackbaud option in there. Are you telling me we should break it down by product and not by company? What does everyone else think?

I’ll put Convio at the bottom of the list…can’t, fix, don’t want, can’t afford. BTW, Convio doesn’t have the expertise to merge GetActive CMS nicely.

Considering Democracy in Action or Salesforce, but bosses want Raiser’s Edge….

    Me, I’d hire a Drupal consultant…but I’m not the decision-maker.

Hmm… do you mean Drupal/CiviCRM or just Drupal as the CRM? I’ll add Democracy in Action as well. I’ve noticed Convio’s stock dropping in the poll lately so I’m thinking there’s some traction about Convio NOT being the winner of the CRM wars. Blackbaud and salesforce.com has taken off in the last few weeks.

Abe, the consultants I know are using CiviCRM, while not recommending CiviSpace. And, one who is a contributor to the Drupal project has their own custom modules hooked into CiviCRM.

I like the open API approach of DIA for out of the box and Drupal for custom build.

Hmm… ok. Drupal will be separate from CiviCRM. Thanks!
