RE Users Forum – Social Entrepreneur Skypecast 3

Today’s Skypecast is with Peter Gulka, the founder of RE Users Forum at reusers.server-planet.com. Those of you who are especially interested in Raiser’s Edge news will be thrilled to learn that a little bit of the necessary ecosystem for any successful software product is coming together. The RE Users Forum is an independent site for Raiser’s Edge users and my guess is that it will eventually overtake other Raiser’s Edge forums and e-mail lists as long as Peter keeps on chopping wood. He’s already started a podcast series that started with no other than Marc Chardon, the CEO of Blackbaud as his first guest.

Unlike our first two entrepreneurs, his income model is still unclear but my guess is that he’ll be trying to create a supernode within the ecosystem of Raiser’s Edge users. Should Blackbaud Infinity’s aftermarket take off, we could see his site become the main site for developer and user interaction.
