It hasn't been very CRM focused, in the strictest of senses, however it melds a member/donor database with CMS, Donation/Form processing and Email Marketing better than many systems I've seen. The CRM piece is something they are dabbling in lately, and while compared to traditional CRM apps their offering falls short, the integration across applications probably beats most others.
