		<description>You can&#039;t receive Chinese characters in FrontlineSMS -- only on your Unicode equipped cell phone. My HTC Mogul here in NY chokes on Unicode SMS. All you get is garbage. You can send Unicode using the Clickatell API as mentioned in the post. Also, the text generated by the Clickatell converter can also be copied and pasted into FrontlineSMS and sent from there.</description>
