Nice sleuthing Allan. it rings true to me.

as to CMS- Kintera has continued to make improvements and I would consider it the hidden jewel. Nobody does event-driven dynamic html as well as SphereCMS with its tight CRM integration. For BLKB this hands them a mature platform that can easily be cross sold to their customer base.

Hmmm... that's interesting. What do you think of the Kintera CMS? I took a look at it in 2005 and I'm curious to see how it looks these days. Yeah, no mention of their CMS SHOULD make you nervous. They're probably not going to say much more until the acquisition happens though.

I'm a Kintera client, but we use them for CMS only. We don't do any online fundraising or giving. It makes me nervous that in all Blackbaud and Kintera's talk about their product and service integration, there's NO mention of their CMS service.
