We tried integrated with Facebook/Twitter with no success for a year before we discovered <a href="http://www.npengine.com/" target="_blank">NPEngine</a>. I seriously recommend anyone using BlackBaud (or Convio for that matter) switch to NPEngine. We're saving thousands per year and it's so much easier to use.
