Yes I know about that -- it's on the npdigg.org site. I posted it up there. I really recommend that you guys go up there. I put stories in there that I don't talk about on the blog and so does Beth Kanter.

If that's not enough -- tell your grants people to check it out. We have what few grants RSS feeds exist plus anything I can dig up myself.

I'm totally awed by even the remote possibility that Kintera could pull it out. Matt, I promise to revisit the issue when 3/29 rolls around.

I don't think so. Watch for their Q4 results from 2006 (announced on March 29, 2007). If they come close to break even, they will be set to make a profit in 2007 for the first time in their 7 year history. If that happens, their stock may begin to recover. Also note that LaBarbara is a recent hire and the person many are crediting for their turnaround. They are still acquiring clients hand over fist and if they can continue to control costs they may be a serious contender. You heard it here first.

I think they're going out and I'm about at the point where I'm hoping for it. Having used Kintera for a few months now, I can say from experience that they don't have a quality product, they don't have good customer service.

What I find really strange is that the new CEO is from within. Seems like if they were really trying for a change, they would have recruited someone from the outside the company.

Their stock is up to $1.70 after spending most of January and February around $1.25, a 26% increase.... if that means anything.
