Hi I am currently out of work in Oklahoma, OK. I have applied to most of the job sites more times than thousand times and sent off hundreds of resumes. However, i have not been able to find a single good response to my applications. If anyone knows about particular job site where i can look for a good job, please revert me with the location details. I will be thankful to you for your early response.

Thanks for the positive feedback on the job postings.

I think you are talking about the old site that we original built in ASP.NET. We recently converted the entire site over to PHP, you should check out the new one, it just launched a few weeks back.

1st and foremost, JustMeans is about helping individuals learn about companies’ social responsibility through social media. We are less focused on being the Facebook or Myspace of CSR.

That being said, I think you will find that seeking out people on JustMeans will become easier and easier as time progresses. We are focused on creating a number of solutions to help users, in particular entrepreneurs, connect with others on the site.

Good points — I think JustMeans’ founder recognized these problems you cite and is attempting to address this. In fact, I’ve got a meeting today with Martin and I’ll go over this critique of yours with him and hopefully we’ll get a good answer out of it.

Interesting job listings yes, but as a social network JustMeans is the worst. The site frequently goes down for long periods of time and is nearly impossible to navigate between the different types of news, inconsistent user profile pages and unclear “network” areas.

JustMeans is just another example of what could be a good careers site getting junked up with too many excessive “social” features. Pretty much the only thing that works well is their job listings email.
