Hey I’ve been officially “outed”!

Beth Kanter posted an interview with me complete with my picture. I guess this means no more hiding behind my “abenamer” moniker. And uh, btw, my name is Allan Benamer and not Abe Namer. Although I have to admit, Abe Namer sounds like a great pseudonym for me.

Also, yes, that Marshall Kilpatrick article did lead to me upping my game as it were regarding RSS feeds. I’m up to 221 feeds and counting… not to mention the watches and PR contacts I’m trying to make. To be like Techcrunch, one must learn the Master’s tools. Call me Grasshoppa.

Beth Kanter’s blog along with Deborah Elizabeth Finn’s blog are the clear antecedents for my blog and probably that of many others in our sector. I’m feeling very honored right now. [blush]

    Dear Allan,

Blog on! I, in turn, feel very honored to be counted as an antecedent.

    Warm regards from Deborah

Congrats. I quoted you today in a staff meeting with my employer.

Thanks Deborah. In my mind, I actually attribute the blog idea to hanging out with you at the 2005 NTEN NTC.

And thanks Celeste for quoting me — but now I have to know what you said to your employer… haha.
