05.02.08New poll on Non-Profit Tech Blog PodcastsThe blog had 600 podcast downloads last month and I figure that's time to consider upgrading their quality. I'm trying to understand if it's worth it to buy a real microphone to do the podcasts. Right now, I do podcasts over the phone so it always end up sounding kinda tinny. There's nothing wrong with that if I'm interviewing people outside of New York but I'd like to start interviewing people here in the Big Apple and giving them a nicer warmer sound in the process. 04.20.08How do you like our redesign?[poll id=7] I decided to redesign the site once again to accommodate the growing sidebar content on the page. Sidebar content is all that stuff on the right-hand side of the blog that helps readers navigate the site and partake of additional news feeds. However, I really liked the way the site looked and thankfully, the original designer, Will Wilkins, who made the old Moo-Point theme made something that looked similar to it but with added columns for more sidebar content. 07.14.07Little Dishes 2Those of you who live in Brooklyn should really try out that restaurant above. It's a real treat and in the summer you can eat outside in the garden behind the restaurant. It used to be called Little Dishes until some restaurant in Manhattan enforced it's trademark (grrr! hiss! boo!). 01.30.07Convio Teleconference Poll Will Close on FridayIf you listened to the Convio teleconference last week, please vote in the poll. It's, of course, a completely unscientific poll and is in no way an accurate statistic but it's interesting to note that as of right now, fifty-six percent were extremely dissatisfied with the teleconference. We'll have a follow-up poll of course, perhaps in six months when we ask people how they feel about the resulting merger.
