OK, great questions and I think most of them were answered in the talk. I'll be posting about the demo either today or tomorrow. One note: I am now recommending MPower Open as a solution. It's going up on the Leaderboard.

What does it really cost? They have talked about the product being free, but there's always a cost. Unless they are billionaires doing this for fun. What's the catch? How much are the typical implementation services going to be? Anyone doing those configurations besides MPower? What's the future look like and how do they plan to pay for development?

Oh, are they planning on replacing their community forums? The current ones are a little rough around the edges and keep me away from regular participation.

Also, are they doing anything to catalyze the development of a developer community around the product outside of releasing the code?

You could say that I'm more interested in what the community around mpower is developing into and how MPower is working to make it strong and vibrant than I am about the features of the software. With the foundation of a strong community, the features I want will come. :-)

Of all the people who have downloaded the software, do you have any idea what percentage have successfully installed the software to evaluate it? In my experience installation was not trivial.

What version of Crystal Reports is recommended for use with the most current MPower software?

Any plans to allow MPower server to run on Linux?

What compelled them most to switch away from their proprietary open-source license to one accepted by the community? (Good move imho)

Any hints as to what cool new things will come out at the orange conference?

What sort of things is the community currently working on that we may see in the future sometime?

That's a few of the things that pop into my head. :-)
