The current ones are a little rough around the edges and keep me away from regular participation. Also, are they doing anything to catalyze the development of a developer community around the product outside of releasing the code? You could say that I'm more interested in what the community around mpower is developing into and how MPower is working to make it strong and vibrant than I am about the features of the software. With the foundation of a strong community, the features I want will come. :-) Oh, are they planning on replacing their community forums? You could say that I’m more interested in what the community around mpower is developing into and how MPower is working to make it strong and vibrant than I am about the features of the software. With the foundation of a strong community, the features I want will come. :-)

In my experience installation was not trivial. What version of Crystal Reports is recommended for use with the most current MPower software? Any plans to allow MPower server to run on Linux? What compelled them most to switch away from their proprietary open-source license to one accepted by the community?
