As of March 15, 2007, Dennis Berman ceased to be Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of the Kintera, Inc. and is no longer an employee of Kintera, Inc.
It was already presaged in the previous EDGAR Filing when:
On February 8, 2007, Dennis Berman notified the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2007.
So that’s it, the founders of Kintera are gone. Any comments?
